I am currently trying to gain more muscle mass. I go to the gym everyday and work out effectively. However, I am wondering if there is a secret that bodybuilders have that helps them gain more muscle mass. No steroids plz.

not really any secrets. if your going for mass, then just go to the store and buy mass supplements and some high protein gainers. Your going to need to put on weight if you want to bulk up.

after you get some good powders and supplements, just go to the gym, and WORK HARD! seriously, it just comes down to how bad do you want it. its doing those 10 reps, and just when you think you cant do anymore, you get that 11th one. Thats just how it is.

for mass, i recommend not doing any exercise for more than 8-10 reps. above that, and your just going for endurance and you wont get big.

work hard, eat right, and get plenty of sleep. those alone will get you big.

This guy has a pretty amazing program. Even if you are not skinny its good for building muscle mass. Its all about eating right and the right time. Taking the right supplements and learning what foods are the best for building muscle. He also suggests lifting heavy and resting every other day. Focus on the negative motion and go from 8 reps to 6 to 4 to 2 and so on. You also need to change your routine every once in a while to make sure your body doesn't get use to your workout.

there truly are no secrets, nutrition is 70% of building muscle mass. going to the gym and training is the easy part.

counting calories and monitoring body fat
nutrient and supplement timing
keeping a training log
follow a structured training program (i.e linear periodization, HIIT, etc.)
proper rest and recovery

get a low fat protein and take it 2-3 timea a day also a creatine supplement will help try phosphagen.
