May be hard to find or come by in the UK, try Mossberg's website http://mossberg.com/products/access.asp?type=barrels§ion=access or e-bay.
but I have to ask, why a smoothbore slug barrel? Rifled barrels are much better, unless they are not allowed due to your laws which I suppose is a possibility.

Not sure about importing them to the UK but there were 3 slug barrels for the Mossberg 835 listed on Ebay this morning. I'd check there.

Yes. That is what rifled slugs were made for. You either use sabot slugs in a rifled barrel or rifled slugs in a smooth bore barrel. I used a smooth bore barrel with brenek rifled slugs for years before I switched over to the rifled barrel. Industrial companies just offer more hard hitting rounds from sabot slugs. But the rifled slug will certainly get the job done. No joke! It will mess, whatever you're aiming at, up. Mike A: Take a chill pill. I dont' think you even know what this question was even about. You can order barrels directly from the Mossberg U.S.A company. I doubt that you'd have an import restriction prohibiting you from recieving a barrel, ....being as it's basically nothing more than a steel tube, but U.K. import regulations, - particularly in this age of terrorists- are a mystery to me. If you can import it, they'll sell you one!

Im asking my self why.
Why is it you requier a slug barrel. Chose the right slug and you dont need spechalised barrel.
I use the winchester stinger through mine, the slug is already rifled so that a rifled barrel etc is not needed.

You might not be able to. Don't you remember? Your British govt. decided that you can't be trusted with a gun and took them all away and cut them up! Funny 'bout that. Hitler did the same thing back in '36. clinton tried it in '96 but got put in his place. Why did you Brits let that happen?
