Closest big airport to Bristol, TN?

I'm wanting to fly to Bristol for the Nascar races in March. What is the closest big airport? Atlanta? Richmond? (Tri-cities is too espensive.)

If the Tri is too expensive, try Charlotte. It is about a 2 hour drive from Bristol ( almost the same as Knoxville depending on your preference). I live in Johnson City, TN which is about 15-20 minutes from Bristol and can tell you that it takes almost 5 hours to drive to Atlanta and about 4 hours to get to Richmond.
