Ben Lives in a 20 story building and every morning her rides the elevator to the ground floor but every afternoon he rides the elevator to the 10th floor and takes the stairs the rest of the way to his 16th floor appartment why?

he's a midget
he can easily reach the ground button on his way down
he can reach as far the the 10th floor button on his way up
thats why he has to climb the stairs from 10th to 16th

the elevator is just up to 10th floor. he have to go down from 16 to 10 floor to take a ride in the elevator to reach the ground floor.

Few possibilities, firstly he also takes the elevator down from thee 10th floor as there are no services from the 10th floor onward.
Second he wants to exercise or see his girlfriend. Thirdly the elevator breaks down. I dun know I give up!!
