me and this guy i met about a year ago have been really close. He use to stay in my area then he moved. b4 he left we spent just about everyday together. then one day a couple months after he moved he came here for 3 hrs just to see me. yeah we have sex. then we lost contact for a few months. in june of 06 we started talking again on a daily basis. He's 4rm TX now he lives in TN. I'm 4rm AL! So he asked me to come to TN and i went for 5 days. Now he's here. I haved loved him for a long time. Do you think he loves me and just want say it.

A long distance relationship is always tough, and the age difference makes it harder. I would give it time, and see if he is willing to put in some effort to see you. Dropping out of touch for a few months is kind of strange, I would be concerned about his commitment to it.
I would see what happens, but I also wouldn't change my life for him. If you met him a year ago, and you're only 20, then he was a 30 year old trolling for a 19 year old. Kind of creepy. There are a lot of red flags here, but if you want to keep seeing him, I would let it play out and see where it goes and if he is willing to move forward.

if he cares for you as you do. then he would have made it clear
how he feel about you. since you and he have been with each other, sound like does not feel as you do. because now that
you and he are in the same area. it would be real easy to keep
the situation together, but if he back down, he may not want
it now. and for the fact that you are 20 and he 31 he know the
deal trust me. if a man love you he will not have a problem saying
what he feel.

Forget him. He is 11 years older and should be fishing in a pond closer to his own age. Trust me you dont need him, find someone your age with your interests. He will be a boring old fart in no time and you will still have your whole life ahead of you. And no honey he does not love you. Go backpacking around Australia for a couple of months to forget about him!

Which, is not that bad, if you don't mind using him and playing him back, I guess.
But, I sense that you have more self-respect than that, right?
A 30+ year old guy is only going to mess around with a 20-year old girl, not get serious. But, it's your call. Just know that he ain't right.
