You won't lose any weight and your energy level with be very low. You have to eat more then 500 calories a day or your metabolism will slow right down, and if your metabolism is low you can't lose weight you will again it. In order to raise your metabolism you have to eat at least 1200 calories a day 6 small meals a day, exercise and build muscle, by lifting some weights and doing some carido. You will never lose weight by only eating 500 calories thats starving your body and NOT good at all.

I cannot tell you exactly how much weight you will loose. Everyone's metabolism is different. However I can tell you this. Trying to loose weight purely through intaking less calories will not be as effective as exercise. Running and burning calories through aerobic exercise is the best way to loose weight; and also the most healthy way. I suggest devoting at least 20 minutes of your day in jogging through your neighborhood. This will dramatically increase the effectiveness of your plan. IF you do this, I think you'll loose up to 5 pounds every two weeks.

You're calorie intake is way to low and you are risking severe malnutrition from it. Increase your calorie intake to a more healthy level. There is no way to determine how much weight you will lose as it depends on what you are eating and how many calories total you are burning of with walking and your normal daily activities. For now get your calorie intake up to a decent level before something serious happens.

WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU THINKING!?! Please do not under any circumstances continue this. How about going up to at least 1200 calories per day and running for that hour instead of walking. This was you can probably pull off 1-2 pounds per week. The difference is that you will be losing fat if you have the right diet (think a lot of fruits and vegetables) and your body shape will improve. AND you'll be able to keep that weight off instead of losing 10 lbs for just a week or two. Looking good isn't about pounds it's about body fat % and muscle tone.

like someone else said earlier, if you starve yourself, your body will go into starvation mode and your metabolism will slow down. so no matter how much walking you do, or exercising, it will not help if you have a low metabolism. Try to eat at least 1,000 calories of nutrient rich foods. Your first week or 2 on a diet will result in a lot of weight loss, only because its a lot of water weight, and your body is sitll adjusting. it should peak off to about 1-3 pounds a week after that.

Depends, but I'm guessing 5~15?

I can understand why all these ppl are fussing at you, but it sounds kinda depressive on you. I mean, you can eat a stick of celery 5 times as much as anyone else eats, and you'll only gain 20 calories off it.

uMM 500 calories a day is not enough !! your body will go into starvation mode and just retain every little thing you eat.. you need to eat more , starvation isn't the way to go..
