I have no idea, I have never had a cat do that. Does she roll in dirty litter as well as clean? I know my cats roll outside in the dirt, maybe it has to do with that. Are you bathing her too often?

My uncle's cat does this. He ended up with three litter boxes (no other cats, just her); one for her to poop in, one to pee in, and the third to roll around in. She'll only roll around in the clean one, so we're all thankful for that.

You should try rolling around in the cat litter too. Maybe when your cat sees how ridiculous you look, she'll realize how silly she looks (or he).

They make enclosed litterboxes. Maybe that will help.
Change litter. Get Feline Pine, or Daily News. They aren't dirt-like, so she may quit.
