dont say "perpetrator"... i hate that word and the only time you EVER hear it is on those stupid cop shows and on the News.. and if you ask anyone who was arrested for DV they will mostly tell you they were wrongfully arrested or that they made a mistake

I question the validity of your statement.
Yes, women can be violent and can cause domestic violence.
However, the police will arrest the "perpetrator" based on many things, for example: if the police do not have much education about the complexities of DV, they may jump too quickly to conclusions and arrest the wrong person. Or, they may base the arrest on who's story sounds more believable.
Our local paper did a story about our police department receiving very little education about DV, such as why women stay in abusive relationships. They also noted that women were often times wrongly arrested, even when they were obviously beaten and were acting in self defense.
Your statement sounds like you have some statistics that the rest of us don't have, maybe you can share them with us?

Do you really have proof that women cause more domestic violence than men, or are you just fabricating your own fact? I know a case where a women was thrown up against a wall. She was arrested because she threw a tube of toothpaste at the guy afterwards. Even if more women are arrested, it doesn't necessarily mean they cause the disturbances more often.

Are you saying that women provoke the incidents where they are assaulted by their partners? Or that the women are doing the hitting?
Saying that a woman instigated her partner to punch her in the head by nagging at him, would be the same as saying that a woman instigated a rape because she was wearing sexy clothing. Everyone is responsible for controlling their impulses and anger.

I think that verbal abuse dealt out by women, may be the result of many such incidents,BUT because of a mans size, strength etc.if he uses his hands he is the culprit no matter what.I firmly believe that physical abuse in any form is unacceptable,so for men or women in that type of relationship, you need to be able to walk away when there's a chance for violence and if it continues to be that strained, get out of the relationship !!

People cause domenstic violence. The problem I have with it is this; it's no one elses business what goes on in a marriage. If my wife and I have a knock down drag out fight, that's between us. If I'm kicking her @$$, it's her responsbility to get the hell out of the relationship. But I can tell you from experience, anytime you get involved in someone elses business like that, you're only asking for trouble. Cops should stay out of it. The people married one another. And if the woman is not in chains, she can escape when the man leaves to go to the store. If she is in chains, there'll probably be no one to call 911 anyway.
The law should mind it's own business. For example, the law should focus on getting corrupt politician's behind bars.

Women are evil and they can tell any lie about a man and the courts will believe them.... Women don't deserve the rights they are given.
Time to make them all housewives again.... that would also create more jobs.
