Its not quite impossibe to recover the folder which u had permenantly deleted using shift, but there is a very hefty & expensive way to do so. In this u have to take ur HDD to a recovery center where they will open ur HDD and manually (using some special s/w's which uses bit by bit data recovery system) recover the folder contents.

so if ur data is of great importance u can go for this or else u have to be paitent to overcome from this treagdy of data loss .. !!

go to download.com and do a search for "disk utilities" there are a lot of free programs that will recover your deleted files... just don't click on the "sponsored results" or you'll just be reading about a bunch of crap you have to pay for.
I think the program "copywipe" or something to that effect on download.com has the capability but if you do a search you'll find a lot to choose from.

Good luck.

A program called Tuneup Utilities can recover it for you - 15 day free trial, just do a Google search for the download.

See if it is in the Recycle Bin.

If not, right-click on the icon for the Recycle Bin and select "unerase wizard" then hope for the best.

If you go to your recycle bin, and double clickit, you could find all files you've deleted. It should be on your desktop.
