I've been working out for the past couple of weeks. I work out different parts on the days, but lately, Ive been switching it up. My question is, Is it ok to work out opposite parts on the same day? For example, benchpressing, then working out the back, or working the triceps, then the biceps? Proffessional answers please. Thank you.

You should not work out all your body part in a day. You should pick two exercise to workout per day, such as Chest and Biceps,
Back and Shoulders, Legs and Arms, Triceps and Forearm. But you can do cardio everyday. The reason you should not do that because you will to give your muscle chance to rest
