what would hapen to my hair if?

If I use some of that shapoo that makes, blond people's hair get lighter?

I have black... really dark brown hair

actually, the only thing in that kind of shampoo that is supposed to make it do that is some sort of reflective ingredient (same thought behind laundry detergents that claim to brighten clothing). it'll make your hair appear lighter but that's only because it's reflecting the light around you. it's doesn't chemically change your hair color.
