Hello there. I had the same problem, and I talked to a professional, and this is what I learned. Don't use "pantene" it contains formaldehyde, and use products with little or no alcohol. Water should be listed as the first ingredient, and use a moisturizer, it will help a lot, and dont forget to keep your ends trimmed. Your hair may not be falling out, but instead it is breaking off, and that will cause frizz. Also, never use a rubber band on your hair, and if you put it in a pony tail, this will cause breakage. I hope this helps. D

Everyone losses hair daily, 75 to 150 hairs per day and in the winter that number can triple, try not to be alarmed unless you see a general thinning on your entire head. Hair loss can stem from anything, diet, illness, stress, and even season. Now as you hair grows longer, each strand that comes out will be longer and seem like there is more, but each strand is just longer, which looks scary. If you think you are having a true problem, see your doctor and they will be able to help you. As far as slowing down how much falls out, Nixoin I feel is the best.

You should try applying coconut oil to your scalp and massaging it in for about 5minutes,then wait about 1 hour before you wash it off,so it can do its magic.Eversince I've began applying coconut oil to my hair It's gotten thicker. You should definitely give it a try.Why spend your precious money on some expensive product, that might not even work on your head, when you can give coconut oil a try at only a 2 dollar value. You can buy this hair care product from sallys, savon, rite aid etc.
and as for using a shampoos.I suggest going to the mall and entering one of their beauty salon's and consulting with a hair stylist and telling them that you'd like a shampoo that can help slow down signs of balding etc.or just basically tell them what kind of shampooo you'd like and see if they can give you a free small sample,go home try it out,and if you like it,then you can go back, and buy it! ;]
and and and!! as for the whole balding thing, sweety i don't think your balding, hair tends to fall out more often when you wash your hair daily.if you want healthier hair, then dont wash your hair everyday.I suggest every other day,or every 3days.[soo you can let the natural oils in your scalp do their magic] :]
PS:100-150 STRANDS OF HAIR FALL OUT DAILY.
ITS NORMAL FOR A PERSON TO SHED BETWEEN THAT AMOUNT OF HAIR.
HOPE THIS HELPED!!

you are supposed to lose some hair everyday. it doesnt mean your hair isnt strong. it probably looks like a lot because it is long. the best way to have strong hair is to eat healthy. your hair and nails are protein. so add a protein supplement or more protein rich foods to your diet.

All shampoos or medicines for hair strenthening are false and commercially oriented. The natural strength of hair only counts.
Be calm and stressfree,it helps!

why do guys like long hair? idk, my boyfriend has long hair and whenever he showers, he loses so much hair. more than a hand full and its real curly too. its down below his behind. yea, so to keep it strong, he uses a lot of conditioner. it really depends on how u keep up with it and what u eat. lots of nutrients fiber protein.
