cl View
cl Header/Footer
You will probably be in the header.

cl Table
cl Insert
columns - 2
row - 1

in the left cell, type your name - it will probably be left justified.
in the right cell, click the page number button on the table toolbar
(If you don't see the table toolbar, right-click on an empty space on the menu bar and choose it.)

If the number is left justified, select the cell and click the right-justify button.

You will want to remove the lines from the table. Slide the cursor to the left of the table and select it. On the table toolbar, click the down-arrow in the line style box and select "no border." Then click the down-arrow on the "All borders" button and click the button that looks like a square divided in 4s.

Sounds like a lot of rigmarole but when you use it a lot as I do you won't give it a second thought.

View, Header and Footer, then just type your name in the Header box and tab or space it over to the right.
