It not if you like to stay up all night. Studies show that Mornings are the best time to work out. Late night work outs get your blood pumping and your metabolism going, which in effect can throw your whole daily routine off.
Unless you are a nite person and work later in the day or at night I would say probably not a good idea to work out before bed.
Stretching before bed is OK, it helps with blood flow which in turn helps to relax and get you to sleep.

It depends on how you feel, after a work-out. I know when I used to work-out, I'd get an energy burst ... that'd last a couple of hours, so sleeping was outta the question.

no it is actualy a great time to work out. because you dont burn calories in your sleep but if you work out right before your metabolism will speed up and you will continue to burn while you sleep for a while during recovery. also it helps you sleep better because you wear yourself out bu spending extra energy that would keep you awake. i sometimes do situps and pushups before bed for that reason alone

probably. You'd raise your heart rate and then crash it. It is, however, a good time to study!
