Vaseline just came out with Healthy Hand and Nail. It has Alpha Hydorxy, Keratin, Vitamin E, and is supposed to reduce the appearance of spots and lines on your hands. The tube (have some) says: "In 4 weeks diminishes the appearance of age spots, fine lines, and wrinkles, with regular use." I've found in general that any anti-aging lotion that is meant for the face and neck can also be used effectively on the back of your hands. RoC facial resurfacing cream would be my next recommendation (works wonders) but it's expensive.

Well, if you want them to complely disappear and cost is no problem you can go to a Dr and they have laser treatments that can make them go away, but they will eventually come back again. You can also get collagen injected to give them a more youthful look. The cheaper way is to go to a beauty supply store and get a skin lightenr (sp?) That will not make them disapper completely but it will make them fade. Make sure to put sunscreen on your hands as the UV rays will make the spots appear earlier and darker.

fresh Aloe Veera juice which is greezy could be applied to the skin in the night and washed in the morning and this would make the skin more flexible and also remove most of the ageing spots. If you could not get the fresh aloe veera and also you feel uncomfortable with it then you could buy the cosmetic aloe veera cream and apply it.
