With him want to be in Dark Vader suit that means he is very young still and you all have plenty of time to rethink this over and perhaps it will not be legal in your state any more--who knows
there lies the question..
If he died tomorrow there is no reason why not -- if legal in your state. If it is however you may be able to go to the cremation center with him dressed this way.

your brother washes to much TV. and he missed the first part of that show.
that was in India a long long time ago.
and ther was no Darth Vader in that show, that was the other show.

doesn't sound legal, some religions wouldn't allow it either, but by the sounds of it, his religion is probably Jedi, and he lives by the laws of the Jedi. So I'm sure this is very acceptable in his universe
