my parents saying that i stay on the computer too much thats why im starting to get a hunchback and what some of yous say that put on head up and walk like your proud doesnt your neck get tired afterwards?

Lucky for you there are exercises to correct poor posture. A good place to start is by consciously being aware of when you start to slouch. By doing this for awhile you will eventually respond to these signals automatically. I used to practice walking with a book on my head and it does work.

Hold your head up and your shoulders back. Walk as if there were a string out of the top of the head that helps you stand tall. And wear a smile!

Start stretching out your back muscles and drink a half gallon of milk everyday. Or any other dairy product. The stretching with help the calcium work it's way into your bones

Go to a chiropractor.. Sometimes your bones will shift, making it difficult to walk upright. If the problem continues, you may need continual readjustments.

Try looking up & pulling back your shoulders.Be proud of yourself when you walk.
