You should do highlights - like a blondy brown or a toffee color. If you're going full dye, a light brown with rich tones would be a good bet.

Go for a deep burgundy color (it's subtle but pretty). It looks great with brown eyes and tan skin, and it will make your hair look shiny. Burgundy eyeshadow also makes brown eyes pop.
