i was getting meds from online pharmacy that had all my records, they shut down, it'd cost a fortune to order all proir records and i am unemployed cant afford full price what do i do?

it was my pain managment doctor, wanted to charge me for copies of records....i refused..i think it should be free

Why don't you see a Physician that specializes in Pain Management? Unless I am missing something,I'm not sure how you can be receiving proper medical attention if you're not seeing a Doctor. Anyways, Your Medical Records belong to you, not the Doctor. This goes for any x-ray films as well. Ask them to transfer the records to your family Doctor. Give them the name, address and telephone number of your physician. Was this company legitimate?

PAIN RELIEF:
Use Mullein capsules or extract for pain relief.
Cayenne pepper added to lotions or creams will bring pain relief when massaged or rubbed into the muscles or joints. Be careful not to use too much or it will be too hot to bear. Never touch your eyes after using cayenne pepper, or you will be in great pain, even after washing your hands.
Mix 3 Tbsp. honey to one cup hot water, and drink it for pain relief
