It sounds like your trying to get a round booty with an itty bitty waiste (my favorite). For the waist, well do crunches, trunk twist (google it if you don't know what they are)holding your abs tight, reverse crunches (they work great) and twisting crunches to name a few. Also, I would do a lot of ab workouts on an ab ball..that things is like magic.
As far as getting that sexy round look. You have to remember that round butts aren't entirely fatty. There is muscle in there that lets your cheeks have some mass and lift at the same time without being saggy. A few exercises are lunges, squat, and sun rises (stand with feet shoulder width apartand hands on hips, than bend at the waist holding while holding your abs and buns tight until your chest is facing the ground, use your butt muscles to stabilize you one the way up).
Squats and lunges will give those buns a nice rolling round look and get your thighs very nice too... thats a double whammy! Also, they will help your calves get some definition as well. You won't get all muscular like a man but you will define the parts of you that are very womanly and give you lots of sex appeal.
Good luck and I would love to see the before and after ;)

in regards to the stomach
abs, crunches, and all of those sorts of things help, but it really will get lean and tone but you can't specifically target the body to lose fat in one area. As you lose weight, its even.
Part of genetics is that if you are say pear shape, even with weight loss, the shape is still the same , just smaller. So its hard to "target areas" because weight loss affects the body entirely though you can do specialized excercise to get definition or tonage, you can't just lose weight solely in the stomach.
As for the butt, it is possible to get a bigger butt if mother nature didn't give it to you. Exercises like squats, lunges, stairmasters not only target the legs but the glute muscles as well with the butt. I would say do lunges 3 sets of 10 starting out with body weight and then progressively increasing it to dumbells up to 10-15 pounds i would say.Squating is very very good for the butt as well. Not only will your butt be firm and rounder, but your legs will get toned. overall to transform the body takes time, and good exercise regiment with the inclusion of a weight program. But it is possible. Look at celebrities like Jessica Biel who now have a butt, i don't think she had that big of a butt on seventh heaven.
hope this helps.

If you have a fat stomach, the only way you can reduce your fat is by doing aerobic exercises like walking and swimming. Losing fat around the stomach takes time. If aerobic exercises are done regularly over a period of time, you will gradually lose weight. More details at http://www.toloseweight.org/losestomachfat.html

Actually, you cannot spot train for fat burning. You will need to burn off more calories than you take in. Cardio is great, but do some weight lifting too. The fat will burn off in "sheets". This means you will lose fat from your entire body a little at a time. Good luck!

for the butt, a good exercise is this:
get on all fours. then bending one knee, point toes toward ceiling and while leg is bent move leg upwards like you are trying to touch the ceiling. switch from side to side. do 100 of these a day.

Walk up stairs for the butt. It works. Fat comes off through dieting. You cannot target one area.
