Some girls are so self-conscious about their weight that they in fact don't know how GREAT they look. Why does society's standard require girls to be SKIN & BONES? Skin & Bones = NOT SEXY

One perfect example is Kelly Clarkson when she won American Idol. She was perfect. It was good fat; it was a "Good" thick. Yet everyone was calling her fat. Oh well I guess that's how it is sometimes lol It's all preference. Girls, just remember that no matter how much you weight there will always be someone out there who will like you!

Anyone who called Kelly FAT should be put on an extreme diet until every bone in their body is visible. Maybe then they would understand how damaging their "casual comments" are. Weight is featured way too much in our culture. TV, fashion and Advertising consistently show us women who are freaks of nature...less than 3% of Americans are that thin....they are not normal by any measure yet they are the ideal. The other 97% of all women pay for this false advertising by dieting, taking strange drugs and herbs, and eating extreme diets...all in the pursuit of "perfection" that is unattainable and dangerous to pursue.

This is very sad....personally I am hoping the fashions will swing the other way...back to when Marilyn (145 pounds) and May West (165 pounds) were the ideal female bodies.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
