a few years ago i had a sore at the top fo my butt crack. what could it have been?

it was really sore for a couple of weeks. i hear dof another person who had it once. it seems to happen once and then never come back. it pussed a lot when it finally broke open but it was not a pimple. was it an absess of some sort? has anyone else had this happen before? it was not a sexually transmitted thing because i had not had sex at that point.

This may be a side effect of tight G-strings
