Think of nicknames. Many. Use them. A lot.
Leave impatient voice mails. The more the better.
Ask them stupid questions over, and over, and over.
Make them feel like they have to listen to your personal problems.

then they ask "am i annoying you?" or when they say something like "Im talking too much ill just shut up now" it kind of is annoying but i usually dont let it bother me that much
