at the moment...i dont care how unhealthy this diet can be....i just need to drop about a pound a day within the next 2 weeks!!!

ive tried not eating...cant do it...haha..

i excersize and TRY to maintain a healthy diet but it isnt working...please help!!!

I was a college wrestler...trust me this works.

Wake up an hour earlier. Drink a lot of water at least 16oz but don't eat yet. Do some exercise at home or gym that gets your heart rate up and makes you break a good sweat. come home and eat a good breakfast. take an apple with you and eat in between breakfast and lunch even if you are not really hungry. Keep pounding the water. By lunch your stomach will be growling like crazy. do everything else as normal and you will lose a pound your first day. Add a workout in the afternoon or evening and you will be amazed.

There is absolutely no healthy way to lose a pound a day!!!! A pound a week is normal and healthy through proper eating and regular exercise. Do not try to lose weight that fast...it will not work in the long term and could cause you serious medical issues.

Completely avoid carbs and sugars. That means cakes, sauces, ketchup, anything with sugar and anything white. Although you might be a little fatiqued
