Are you going to be taking a multi-vitamin? If not, you will be missing out on a lot of vitamins and minerals on that diet. You need some green leafy vegetables, like spinach or romaine lettuce, or some broccoli, and you need some grains like whole grain bread or oatmeal so you get your B vitamins, which are VERY important. Some of the fruit should be citrus too, so you get enough Vit C to stay healthy. Add a little healthy fat too, like some almonds, a bit of low-fat peanut butter, and use a little olive oil to fix the chicken, or make a stir-fry with the chicken and some colorful veggies. Be sure you eat enough so your body doesn't think you're starving.

Increase your activity level.
Drink water, water and more water along with only 3 small low fat meals per day. Small means food that only covers the middle of your plate. No red meat, bread or potatoes. Little milk. No ice cream, cakes, sweets or soft drinks. If you need pasta or rice then just eat a very small amount of either.
Include lots of fish in your daily diet but don't fry it. Steam fresh or frozen fish in a frying pan in 1/2" of water. Just squirt lemon and maybe a bit of spice on it, cover and steam for 8 to 10 min. Eat lots of salads, vegetables and fruits.
And carry water with you as you walk a lot as often as you can. .
If you follow this advise you will loose weight quickly and will continue to do so while you remain healthy!
Don't starve yourself. That will not help you at all because your body will think you are in trouble and will hold on to all the fat it can!
Good Luck and get going!

This is not a good diet. Yes, fish, chicken, and fruit are good for you, but first of all, you'll get sick of them really quickly. Also, you need something from all of the food groups. Limit your portions. Make sure you aren't hungry, but don't over eat. Yes, I would stick to the water, or if you get sick of that, try green tea with a little bit of honey in it. And make sure you work different areas of your body at the gym. And if you are already slim, you might gain weight from exercise, but that is muscle weight. Muscle does weigh more than fat, but it doesn't take as much space. And if you have trouble keeping up with exercise, try to do something you like. Dancing is a good form of exercise. I like belly dancing. It's fun, and it works areas I didn't even know existed. Hope this helped.

Eat some meat but not crazy amounts, the recommended fruits and veggies, you can even have sugar free bread too. Just work out at the gym and you should be able to lose weight. Cutting out drinks with calories helps, just water would be even better. Good luck!

Don't do it. You need vegies to stay healthy. Drinking only water is great for you, however, and helps in a number of ways. See the DASH diet or Weight Watchers. Fill up on fruit and vegies to loose weight and drink lots of water. I have lost 30 lbs. so far and will keep going. It is not that hard. Remember to exercise every day.

It would be better if you ate vegetables as well - or vegetables instead of fruit if you only want to eat one. You also need some bulk so at least take a fibre supplement such as Lepicol. You will lose weight but you should take some supplements to makeup for the food groups you are not having.

that is a very bad diet. it is too restrictive.
you can eat anything you like as long as your calorie intake is less than the amount you burn normally.
though it should be stressed not too far below about 10 to 20% a day is more than you should allocate.
losing weight is about eating the right foods and plenty of the right kind of exercise. the wrong exercise will transfer fat to muscle if you are aiming for fit an healthy muscle tone is fine if not done to excess like a body builder.
fish is great ffor you especially oily fish like mackerel plenty of omega 3 and other nutrients that are good for brain function (well they work for me, the only part of my body that works to above adequate for my needs, the rest of my body is not so fortunate).
chicken again healthy providing you stick to the white meat. fruit again great depending on what fruit it will have all sorts of benefits for your body. you forgot to mention vegetables like potatoes, carrots, lettuce etc. all good for you when prepared and cooked properly. you forgot to mention bread as well again the wholegrain variety should be used for sandwiches etc two to four slices per day is more than enough.
with all that cooked and prepared correctly you should have no problems providing you get your daily intake of nutrients correct.
find out what you burn per day, then reduce that figure by 10% now that leaves 90% of your calorie intake to be made up in your diet. the ten percent will be used from your bodies fat reserve if you actually have one and are obese medically, and you should consult your doctor before starting any kind of diet.
i know people who are perfectly slim and healthy who considered themselves fat and or thought they needed to loose weight. so please before you start a diet seek medical advice. as you may have BDD and not be in need of dieting.
remeber to stay away from butter, margarine and other ffats and stay away from junk food such as a daily diet of chips and or pizza on a daily basis, those are fine for a once or twice a month treat but not everyday.
PLEASE, PLEASEseek professional advice from a doctor and dietician before even considering starting a diet.
if you diet badly and or do not change your eating habits for life then you will gain back on average TWICE what you lose initilaly.
so if you need to diet do it safely with medical support and support from a trained dietician.
good luck, eat well and eat healthy.
keep safe.

People say to drink a lot of water. It is much better to eat a lot of water. Stuff yourself with fruit to lose weight. Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.
But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note-- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.
So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Learn how to nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. See site below.

You need to eat healthy foods and keep up a balanced diet to stay healthy and to lose weight. Why not try to eat a lot less with each meal and cut out sugars and fast food.
Good luck to you
