We've been going out for 3 years now and recently it seems like he doesn't want to kiss me - only pecks, even if I try to initiate more than that. i have very good dental hygiene, so i doubt its about that. there is nothing else different about him, he still wants to be intimate but just no frenching. does this mean anything?

Maybe he simply doesn't like french kissing, and is becoming less capable of pretending he does. Plus, people tend to do things just to please the other during the early stages of a relationship. He may just now be getting comfortable enough to deny you such kissing.

He probably just doesn't love you anymore. He may even be repulsed by you, and the very thought of kissing you makes him want to vomit. Don't worry, I'm sure that you can both move past that.

Maybe its because HE doesnt have very good dental hygiene at the moment, talk to him about it.

Maybe u can talk with him, because maybe something is wrong with him. I would wonder too if I was u sweetie, because that is a little odd. So talk with him to ask him why he doesn't want to kiss u,, I hope it nothing too bad

well there might be more than one thing... I mean he might just not want to kiss. he might not be intrested in you or he is intrested in someone else. i mean being a guy i would kiss my g/f everysingle time she kisses me. well i hope you find something out. let me know what happens. maybe you can help me on my problem?

He is either cheating or no longer interested. Just ask and be firm when you do.
