Take Bee Royal Jelly is has the highest natural source of vitamin B5. Your body uses vitamin B5 to sooth the nerve endings. It also a lot of gelatin that your body uses to make it's own cartilage. Also take shark cartilage with the Bee Royal Jelly the two will work together. I get the Bee Royal Jelly at beeroyalproducts.com and I get the Shark cartilage at Hi-Health in Scottsdale Az. Just FYI stay away from the cheap stuff it is "watered down" or "cut" and they are lower quality to make it profitable. This goes for vitamins also.

As a last resort you can get a cortisone shot. But only use this as a last resort because cortisone causes damage to the surrounding tissue and could cause other problems later.
