I always sit next to him but he never talks to me, sometimes though. He shouts across the room to people, mostly guys because are class is full of guys. This guy that sits one sit besides me asked me a question, hes not so attractive. But I try to help him because you are supposed to, so when I answer him he will turn his head to see what where talking about. Whats the deal with that?
I tried to give him eye contact while walking with his friend and he kind of smile but put his eyes down.

The eye contact and look away from him was a small clue. I say he likes you, not a lot. But he's starting to feel something. Him shouting across the room, i can't explain it, but yea thats another clue. Dont ask how though, i wouldn't be able to describe it, but yeah its a clue. K so show him some more clues like:
1. play with your hair. This shows that your nervous or anxious around him. Do not be fooled. He might think you have really nice hair and you just like to feel it.
2. Distance and location is key. Try to be close to him. If your sitting at a table sit opposite him or sit on his side of the table next to him. Attempt to be close to him at all times. Not too close, so that your on top of him. Just enough to let him know your there
3. laugh and giggle at his jokes
4. Physical contact is major in flirting. tap him on the arm or on the leg. playfully push him. Try to keep physical contact to a minimum unless you guys are somewhat friends.
5. Immitate some of his body language, his posture. Not too much, so that your a copy cat.
6. Its all about the eyes. Look him in the eye and bite your lip. Or you can look him in the eye and smile. Biting your lip is a little more "i Want Some of That". Smiling is more like "i like you, and maybe a little more"
7. Smile when you see him and wave a shy "hello" or "hi".
8. Your choice of clothing and style is more "open" and "nice".
9. Compliment him on just about anything even though it might not be something that deserves a compliment. In other words dont comment something like his chipped tooth or missing ear. Talk about his nice shirt, or shoes, or pants. His sense of style, if present.
10. Most importantly be yourself around him :)

Guys aren't so clever in a way to get in a relationship with girls. Maybe it's good way for you to make a first move. Try to have a joyful conversation that might interests him. Also, have a light physical contact. For example, pushing, pinching, and etc......
