Anyone have a recipe for a Philly Cheesesteak Pie?

I mean a pie. One of my closest friends loves philly cheesesteaks, so instead of a cake for his birthday, he wants a philly cheesesteak pie

I would go to the store and buy one of those big rounds of bread. Most stores that have their own bakery will even let you special order a larger size. I would make it using that instead of making a pie sort of thing and just top it with some candles.

I guess if you put the beef, peppers, onions and cheese in a prepared pie crust that would be the closest
