vitamins in no way replace the complexity and nourishment available in fresh fruits. one can't live off of vitamins.
i love making smoothies with whole fruit. i throw in berries, raw honey, banana, apple, pear, anything. you can easily get 5 or so servings of fruit in one smoothie. just dont add refined sugar or milk or anything.

Whatever your preference is. Here's a GREAT tip buy a good quality protein powder, bananas, frozen strawberries, and organic peanut butter (Has oil on top of it/Healthy fat just mix it in make sure it has NO HYDROGENATED FATS) (or fresh and freeze them)
1 PEEL the bananas and cut them into slice put them in the freezer over night. (You must peel them or the skin turns brown in the freezer)
2 Freeze the strawberries overnight (If you bought fresh instead of frozen.)
3 Clean blender etc.. Take some cold water add it too the blender now add your frozen fruits and a scoop of protein powder. Than add some organic peanut butter. USE ice crush or PULSE add some water to get the right consistency. It's better to use LESS water because once its in the blender you can always add BUT never take out.
THIS IS A GREAT MEAL SUBSTITUTE. HAS PROTEIN, HEALTHY CARBS, AND GOOD FATS.
Hope this helps just remember eat the fruits the way you want them. I also freeze grapes and eat them, but don't over do the fruit it still has sugar.

there are a few good websites by holistic vets that answer this question. out of all the 'ok' foods my horses LOVE bananas.. and they can have the peel ONLY and ONLY IF the bananas are organic. all the spray and the anti fungals/bug spray (an oil base that kills spiders... all soak into the peel). . They also can have and like scrubbed oranges cut very thin or just the peel. strawberries, blue berries, pitted cherries, chopped raw winter squash, cooked winter squash (can be high in natural sugars when cooked so not much). actually cooked low carb squash is a great binder for horse cookie dough. i don't give my horses anything with baking powder, baking soda or yeast. i also stay away from GMO produce

If you peel them off and eat then you get the vitamins and the benefit of the fibre too. The pith in the oranges is also an important nutritional component!! If you juice all your fruits you still get all the vitamins, tonnes of them because of the amount you will use, and the added benefit of no digestion problems. Mostly I juice mine cos my digestive tract is weak. I just have to add fibre with nuts, seed, peas, beans, wholegrains........
Also, juicing your fruit, you can consume lots more than if you ate one piece at a time. Therefore, more vitamins for you and easier.
Personal choice I reckon.

You can either blend or peel them, as juicing them doesn't retain all of their nutrients. Also if you use supplements, you are missing out on the fiber, minerals, vitamins, protein, and phytonutrients fruits contain. If a piece of fruit is eaten following a meal, it will also aid in digestion because of the enzymes they contain. Plus, they just taste good.

Any of those is very good. Be careful of the juice, because it doesn't have as much fiber, so you won't feel full the way you do with whole fruit. But you'll still get all the vitamins any way you prepare it.

You need to eat the the peel way the doctor say you need the fiber. The juice you just get the calories but not much of the fiber.

Personally I like to peel them and eat them when watching TV instead of eating junk food. When I want a snack I grab some grapes, a peach, tangerine, orange, apple, plum, nectarine or banana and eat it instead. Tastes better to me than junk food. I don't necessarily do it for the health issue I just like the way they taste over junk food like Chips.

well if all you are interested in is health, then just take vitamines. you can get all the good things fruit have by taking pills.
now if you want to ENJOY fruit: clean, peal and eat. its the most satisfying way.
