It is a strange question. God is God, Jesus is Jesus they are not the same person. God overrules everyone, he is the decision maker. He punishes those who do harm to others intentionally or by wish. If you wish harm on someone or ones then he works through you, me and others who are enlightened

Yes. Jesus is the Messiah spoken of in Isaiah who suffered for our transgressions. He is the Son of God who died on the cross who's name is salvation because he saved his people from their sin.
