lose the clothes, jewellery, and shave your head - might not be quite 25 lbs but it'll probably be close enough

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

Exercise five to six times a day - for at least 60 minutes each time. Walking is the easiest, safest, and least expensive form of exercise. Take a walking buddy with you. Eat whatever you like, just eat less. Make sure to portion/measure/weigh your food. Think about alternative choices for a healthier, lower calorie intake. For example, instead of those french fries with your burger, have yogurt and vegetables instead. Read the label before you buy and make sure you are not buying foods that are high in useless calories and fat. You will be surprised how the pounds will melt away. Don't be in a hurry to lose. You didn't gain the weight overnight, so what makes you think you can lose it overnight?

No such thing as fast and safe when it comes to losing weight. However, I do think that it's healthy enough to lose 25lbs by April. I lost 12lbs in three weeks recently. All I did was cut fast food out of my diet, and hit the gym for two hours straight with an hour's worth of cardio. Now, it doesn't really look like you have that much time on your hands, so just focus on cardio and eating right. Good luck.

Eat good food and exercise. That is the safest and best way. Any other way with taking pills and fad diets only prove to cause the weight to come back again. It is a life time commitment to eat healthy and exercise. Start off slow with the exercise and work yourself. You can lose the weight in about 6-8 months safely. Good luck

First, get your butt off the chair and start walking around. hehe

Second, check your fridge. Chocolates, sweets, soda, cakes, etc. are off limits from now on unless you need a boost of energy for sports or cleaning up your place for a wedding aniv.

Third, get some exercise. Tennis, Badminton, Jogging, Biking, Cycling, Skating, what ever you like.

Fourth, pray to God that He helps you meet your quota by April :) Believe me, it works :D

The only way to do it fast AND safe is to make a dramatic change to your diet and start doing some serious cardio (running, jump rope, biking...) Dont starve yourself whatever you do. You can start with cutting out all of the junk food and fried food and start overhauling your diet with more fresh food like fruits and veges. Lean meats like fish and chicken are also good and drink plenty of water - no sodas and no beer.

Not to be simplistic, eat less and exercise more. Walking is a good exercise. Maybe you can walk to and from work if you already are not doing that. Good Luck on looking good at your wedding.
