Just continue to pray for her and let God do the rest.

When I first got born again I was so on fire for the Lord that I wrote a twenty page booklet and sent it out to every family member I could think of including my husband's family. In the booklet I explained how I got saved and what salvation was and how Jesus turned my life around. I spent about two weeks working on it and putting each booklet together and was sure that everybody would read it and get saved.
Nobody even called to say thank you, or even to acknowledge that they received it. I was very disappointed.
The only person who said anything was my mom. She said it was very sweet but it was just fanatical nonsense.
People will not listen until they become ready to listen and only God knows when that will be. The best thing to do is to go ahead and tell her and do exactly what your heart tells you to do, but keep in mind that she may not receive it at this time in her life.
Don't be discouraged if this happens. Just continue to pray for her.
My mom did eventually come to know Jesus about a year later after she had seen some changes in my life. I had the privilege of leading her in the sinner's prayer.

No it is not wrong to invite her to Church and tell her you are concerned about her and you love her. You could write her a letter and let her know you are praying for her and what you are praying. Paul does that alot in scripture. Paul says things like...I pray that you might be strengthened with might in your inner man...and that you might know the love of Christ...etc. Or just pick up the phone and tell her how much you love her and you just want to make sure that she has her relationship with God firmly settled because you want to spend eternity in heaven with her. Btw I believe you can lose your salvation otherwise Paul wouldn't have written to the Galatians that Christ needed to be formed in them again. Instead of trying to convince her she is saved why not make sure and have her ask the Lord into her heart again. Then she will know for sure and so will you. It is great peace of mind. Then get her into a Bible believing Church so she will grow in that relationship with the Lord. May God bless you as He leads you to help your mother.

Well, you can't force your mom to accept that there is a God. I mean I'm sure you can relate. There were times when your mom wanted you to understand them but you were to young to fully grasp the meaning of them. Now that you've matured, you start to see life in a different view. So the best thing you could do is pray for her and your dad. You will never bring someone to Christ on your own. You can initiate it, but only the holy spirit does the rest!

No, it's not wrong to be worried about, in my opinion, the most important decision a person will ever make. If she believes the Bible is true and that God is true, that is not going to get her into heaven. If you are truly worried about her salvation, just ask her if she has trusted Christ as her savior. No, you are not wrong at all, it's very important to know for sure! And by asking it will give you the peace of mind.

Just pray about this. Pray for her. You never know what God is up to. You cannot force your Mom to read her Bible or to become saved. God may use another family member, one of her friends, or maybe even a co-worker to get through to her. Don't beat yourself up, you are doing exactly what you should be doing. Just keep presenting the facts to her and you'll be fine! God Bless you!

well, if you are going to write a letter, you don't have to send her a tract. you need to write the Gospel to your mom however you would say it; keep in mind that all of the books of the NT that Paul wrote were letters to people that explained the Gospel and other things. Tell your mom that you love her, that God loves her, and that you want to spend the rest of eternity with her and God. I am sure that you will find a way to express exactly what you are thinking; make sure to do so with much prayer.

Write your letter. Tell her what you told us. When you are with her, read with her some passages from it. The words in the Bible can have a profound effect on people. With your voice, and with your love for her, you have the best chance of reaching her. I would refer you to Romans:
Romans 8
Life Through the Spirit
1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, 2 because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in sinful man, 4 in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit.
If you have to read it over the telephone, do so. I think that you will see that God has been working on your mother for all her life.

"Invite to church," that phrase isn't in the bible no place.
How do you know she "isn't for sure saved?"
Do not believe tracts and what pastor says. Believe the Word.
If you believe all things in the bible will come to pass, then
you shall have to believe also this:
HONOUR THY FATHER AND THY MOTHER. old testament,
Exodus 20.
Preacher at church is not boss over your mom. Preacher
does not decide whether your mom's soul is saved or not.
Jesus died for her sins and yours.
Old testament book of Proverbs 6: 20 says, forsake not the law of thy mother. The bible says your mom has authority over her
household.
Preacher does not make you saved or not saved. Preacher does
not make your mom not saved or saved.
Jesus came to save life, not destroy it, Luke 9.
Pray for your mom. Also, John 13:34.
Your mom isn't wrong about any thing. You need to stop
letting preacher read the bible for you. You need to read it
yourself. New Testament says, Study. 2 Timothy.

It sounds like you have a good plan for providing her with all the info she should need. Once you have done this, pray that she reads it with understanding . The important thing is to not nag at her about it-allow God and His Word time to do their work. You and your mother will be in my prayers. God bless you.

I have come across that particular issue myself. I have found that the best way is to just come out to the open and express your feelings. If you do that, it's a worst-case scenario of perhaps a lecture vs. an eternity of suffering in Hell.
