I was just curious.. if you can give me reasons for being tired and sleepy and just totally out of it although you had enough sleep the night before.I had a good sleep and seemed alert most of the day ,now its late but not that late..All of a sudden I feel sleepy and tired and my mind just doesn't seem to be alert ..Its cold outside and well not sure this is weather related.I am laying here comfortable and with a blanket over me propped up and normally am alert this time of night and enjoying myself..What are the reasons that you would believe could be responsible for yawning and sleepiness and being tired when you haven't had that active of a day .. and just resting around?

Quite often, but not always, being inactive during the day can actually make you more tired early in the evening.

To be honest, it it's only this once that you've been feeling tired it could be that you're so relaxed, you're warmed by the blanket around you, that your body has gone into rest mode.

If it happens often, perhaps you might want to check your diet. Are you eating the right foods, are you exercising enough.

As always, if in doubt and it's something that concerns you, go and talk to your doctor about it.

Depression can cause constant fatigue as well as many other health issues. But it sounds to me like you just had a busy day and came home and your body went into relax mode. They say people that have physically active lives fall asleep easier and manage to get to bed early where as others end up staying up all night tired but unable to sleep. Your body will give you clues as to when it is time to just stop for the night. Just enjoy relaxing and get some more good sleep :-)

There are several reasons for this. Could you have got too much sleep, that can make you tired. Being inactive can make you tired. I bet if you got up and moved around the room you would wake up some.

Could be you have caught some type of bug and will be sick for the next few days too

A lack of energy, mental clarity and focus can mean that your body is not in tip top condition. The feeling of wellness is also highly linked to the presence of toxins in your body. Hence to feel more energized, you will need to cleanse away the extra load in you.

You can consider switching to a more cleansing diet. For free information, here is a newsletter site that I found for you http://www.detox-cleansing-diet.com

You also need to get more exercise instead of resting around all day. Exercise helps you to release more toxins and makes you more energized.
