...Don't get a tattoo
Honestly, I have one and they are so over-rated. Use your words and your actions to let people know the kind of person you are, not your skin.
If you do go through with the tattoo... well just think long and hard about it. Envision yourself with the tattoo, but in such a way that it did not come out as you had hoped. Tattoo artists are human and do make mistakes. Unfortunatley thats what happened in my case. While there is nothing I can do about my tattoo now, I can advise others 1. not to get them and 2. if you do get one...go to the best tattoo artist you can!
People are willing to spend thousands and thousands on a car they will keep for a few years but when it comes to a tattoo; something that will be on your body forever.... they cheap out.
I dont mean to preach to you... I just wish someone had told me this information before I went ahead with my decision.
Regardless of what you choose, I wish you all the best of luck.
Now...as for the placement- Pray about it and ask the tattoo artist. Between these two forms of expert advice you will surely figure it out.
God Bless

If you want a tat that you wont regret then as a chic the only place that I would want a tatto would be on the ankle/foot or the waistline around the front panty line area.
If you want to be more gutsy then I like the look of the underside of the wrists, on the back of the neck, or on the shoulderblade.
I think it all has to do with what you want to get a tat for. If you just want a tat to say that you have a tat... then do the panty area... if you want a tat to mean something... then it will tell you where it belongs.

It depends on the size of the tattoo you want.. The foot is a good place, but you'll have to wear flip flops for like a week or so til it heals.. It depends tho. People have different views on where to get a tattoo.. Wherever you want to get it is a good place..

In my opinion, the lower back isn't a good place for a tattoo ... it's too overdone.
Part of the beauty of body modification is originality.
Your question is broad.
Were you asking what is the least painful place for a tatoo, or were you simply asking what looks good?
It's best to put the tattoo where you want it because it's going to be there for the rest of your life.

personally i think a good place for a tattoo is across the top of your back, the out side of your calf, on your rib cage, your neck, anywhere that you think would be cool for you.. but you need to decide what you want to get befor you decide where you want to put it that is the main thing..

Inner wrist (for smaller tattoos of course)
or on the lower part of the belly around that area where your hip bone juts out (provided you don't have a big belly).
or around the belly button.

Texas girl huh. I was at Killeen when i got mine done and its the best place to get them done. Cheap and good quality. Now when it comes to for places to get them done on your body and being a female. Personally i have 3 for now and one of them is on outher thigh, other one on my arm and one on my shoulder blade. I do want to get my next one on lower back, just debating what it is going to be. :)) Good luck!

if you ever want to go into business you need to put it in a place that can be easily covered to look more professional
