if she is in pain she should go back to the hospital

did she has Thalassemia or malaria that can cause splenomegaly? what the doctor diagnosis? or did she recently lose a lot amount of blood?...please equip your question with detail...but how to alleviate her pain...do not touch the affected area cause it'll be so much pain...go check with thge doctor for some prescription of pain management drug.

why does she have the enlarged spleen? Enlarged spleens are at increased risk of rupture.
