Sorry. If I, or anyone, knew the answer to that question, we'd be richer than Bill Gates, no one would miss work or school tomorrow, and ready to accept the Nobel Prize for Medicine! (Oh, & by the way, I too have a wicked Cold at the moment. -So if you should just happen to find a satisfactory answer to your question, PLEASE share it with us- before you run off & become a famous recluse...)

For the nose take suedafed. It will dry out your sinuses allowing you to breathe properly. For your back take tylenol. And for your cold take dayquil. Plus bulk up on vitamin C, either by pills or be eating oranges. I am a big fan of the airborne pills, because I am very proactive to fighting colds. Drink lots of liquids, preferably water. And take a hot tottie to knock you out and let you get a good nights sleep for your test in the morning. Also, just because you start feeling better, that doesn't mean stop taking your medicine. Wear a knit cap to increase your core body temperature. Beyond that, all I can say is goodluck and I hope you feel better for tomorrows tests.

Use a small syringe to flush your
sinuses with warm salt water.
Take a large dose of vitamin C
It won't cure a cold, but you will
make it through the test.

OK, this is what I do. Take a teaspoon, squeeze FRESH lemon into it and drink it. It's sour but good. Don't do it just once do a few teaspoons. Drink lots of tea. Honey is also good for you. Get lots of sleep. Drink lots of water and liquids, and if you're brave enough, eat raw onion. (I don't do it but my mom says it's good for when you're sick.) Just try to eat as fresh stuff as you can, but that should be for always cuz its good for you. Hope this helps!
