Please, no smart a** answers like "take tylenol"

Also, I have been to the doctor this past summer for the same thing, and he stuck some freezing in the back of my head and told me to push on the back of my head to make it go away... but it doesn't work.

If you have truly had a headache for a month straight, I'd advise you to seek medical help. I am only mentioning this to err on the side of caution. Many medical issues arise when your symptom is sustained headache for long periods of time.. such as a brain tumor, brain cancer, chemical imbalance, fluid retention in the brain (hydrocephalus), or a weak or bulging blood vessel about to go or meningitis. So if it has REALLY been that long.. seek medical care asap.

Take it from someone who is a migraine sufferer... long term headaches hurt like heck. I can tell you alllll about the prescription meds if you want.. just email me and I'll give you a run down on what I know about them. However, you wanted info on NOT taking any medication..

I can ease my migraines away by doing simple things. First, I stuff tissue paper in my ears. I discovered that the 'sound' of air rushing by my head is amplified when I have a pounding head. This seems to alleviate at least the pounding. Don't use ear plugs... they cause too much pressure in your ear drum (or at least it was for me). Good ole' toilet paper stuffed in makes a world of difference to me.

Secondly.. if you smoke.. don't. At least while you have a headache. It constricts your blood vessels and of course makes your head feel worse.

Some people say a huge dose of caffeine. It works for some. Not me. But I have taken prescription pain relief that had caffeine as a main ingredient. It dialates the blood vessels so it keeps your head from pounding too much.

Last resort........ stuff your ears like I said... stay out of bright lights.. and go to bed.

If you are having continous headaches all the time, see your doctor. There are a lot of preventative non-steroidal meds that can help.

I've been a major migraine sufferer (head migraines AND optical migraines) for 15 years and have finally found relief by a prescription epilepsy medicine for prevention and shots for pain. Soooo.. it could be worse.

I can tell you one of the major tricks of not getting a headache that bad is to catch it as it is about to happen. Even if it is just a twinge.. take something. It'll keep it from coming. I know you didn't want to take anything, but my suggestion is 2 aleve.. stuff the ears and go to bed. I have found Aleve to be the best for over the counter headaches.. not tylenol.

Do email me if you want some info on the whole headache drug issue before seeing a doctor. I'll give you the low-down so you can ask your doctor all about them. In the meantime, I hope you find some relief.

*hugs*

There is an area near the lower part of your head that you can massage and it will relieve some of the pain if not all. To find the are, place both hands at the back of your head/neck. Follow with your index fingers down until the bone seems to go into the neck. Massage in a circular manner, you will begin to feel your sinus cavities open up,thus allowing drainage and less pain. If you have had a sinus type headache for a month, I would say you have infection and no massaging is going to kick it, antibiotics only. Another option may be neck tension/stress. Working in front of a computer alot is a prime problem for tension/stress headaches. Make a heat sock. Get one tube sock, fill with rice, probably 3 cups, any kind will do. Nuke in the microwave for 2-3 mins. Get a towel to place between you and the sock, it will be HOT HOT HOT, so don't place directly on skin or you will burn the crap outta ya. You can place on your forehead/cheeks or on your neck....wherever muscles are and ache. Don't be mixing advil and tylenol, bad stuff. I would try Aleeve, again do read and do what the box says.

Sounds like tension. Try either an ice pack on your neck or one of those Thermacare heat wraps. Also do some slow neck rolls in the mornings when you wake up and in the evenings before bed. Yoga or breathing exercises may also offer some relief. For the breathing, inhale deeply through you nose, counting as you do. Exhale through your mouth, taking at least twice as long as you did to inhale. Do this several times through out the day. It gets more oxygen into your system which can bring some relief from stress. When we are stressed, we breathe quicker and more shallow which deprives our body of the needed oxygen. Drink the recommended eight 8 ounce glasses of water a day, and if you have no relief within a few days, I would suggest seeing a different doctor. If you current doctor says there is nothing wrong and just tells you to take more Tylenol, I would seek another opinion.

Many good painrelivers have already been suggested. Another non-pharmacological pain relief is by acupressure. Usually the tension headaches are in frontal portion of the head. Occasionally you get tension headache in the back part. The points are- just lateral to the eyes (both sides) for frontal headache and about two inches behind the ears (both sides) for backside headaches. By your index fingers you keep continuous pressure over the indicated points for 2-3 minutes, it usually gives immediate relief till the other medicine starts to work. Hope it helps. Congrats & Good luck with your pregnancy!

Neuropathy is a unpleasant infection but with the book of Dr. Randall Labrum, Neuropathy Solution, a guide you will find here https://tr.im/qXr6x you are able to remove thermosetting suffering that this infection trigger it.
If you follow all the therapy answers shown in Neuropathy Solution book correctly your head can discharge endorphins, or “happy chemicals”, and these can help you counteract pain and alleviate stress.
The Neuropathy Solution does not need an excessive amount of idea, just of good use guidance that you could put to perform immediately.

Besides trying ALL the over the counter pain relievers like
aspirin
acetaminophen
ibuprofen
sodium naproxen
try caffeine
and then laying on your stomach and putting a bag of frozen peas or crushed ice on the back of your neck for five minutes.
Also remember that many headaches are caused by simple dehydration, so stay hydrated.

Its probably a stres headache but if you have them for more than a month then go see your doctor. What works for me is to lay down and put a cold rag on top of my fore head and on my neck. Or have someone rug your neck and shoulders that helps relieve some tension.

Ejaculation can be considered premature when it occurs 30 seconds to 4 minutes into sex, depending on different cultures, countries and experts. Behavioural techniques can help you delay orgasm. Learn here https://tr.im/jGfo7
These include the start-and-stop method and the squeeze technique. A combination of these techniques along with sexual counselling and medication (either using an anaesthetic cream or an oral tablet) is recommended.

nsaids like advil aleve are bad for stomach overall, but if you can handle that try a cayenne fruit"cayenne pepper" for pain managment, the ice forget it...if coming from neck may irritate it. try a well pain patch heat...will open blood vessels not restrict flow, letting run its course and be over. But what are you eating or enviromental factors, been hurt in accident?
