Most say He when referring to GOD. Some say He is possibly a she.

God isn't both. He is neither! Sexless! Sexual part are only needed for reproduction! God already reproduced & made a Son, but he didn't need body parts for that... But God is more traditionally known as a male, but he is sexless!

When we say He about God it doesn't mean He is a man. Logic is the male, sentient part of God that we address when we say He. It is the decision making part of God.
Grace the female part of God. She is also called the Holy Spirit. If you have the Holy Spirit on you, you follow the Law without effort.
The Son is referred to as manifested. It is a union of Grace and Logic. You can't have a Son of God without those two because a Son of God does God's Will. You shall know them by their fruits.
So it has very little or nothing to with gender when we say He about God. You could very well say She.

I believe God is a man and "men" are made in his image. That would mean God has a penis. Doesn't mean we don't have a Mother in Heaven, it just means God is a man.

He's not a human and doesnt have a body so he doesn't have a gender. people only say He because it's a concept people can understand.
