Hardwood flooring are between the nicest and maximum sturdy flooring to have. it will be a tremendous variety of work to cover the floor with tile, (ceramic) if this is what you mean by potential of tile. Tile is extreme priced to position in and also you may want to understand what your doing in order to do it wisely. I propose you sand the wooden flooring down and positioned a clean coat of sealant on them they are going to look captivating. you say the flooring look as if they were getting moist, if there are literally leaks they might want to no longer be getting moist except the human beings previously you've been very careless. If the owner doesn't pick them touched dont contact them you are able to sparkling them truly properly (quite blood sweat and tears perchance) and positioned some polyurethane on them and wa la a clean vivid timber floor. wooden flooring will look the very fantastic with the claw foot bathtub.
