Ok, I really hope someone can help me here. Occasionally I get tiny white raised dots on my legs. They look like small pimples, only they're not. When squeezed a tiny bit of clear liquid comes out. Some times there is only one dot, other times there are more, never exceeding a the size of a pinkie fingernail. Now, when I scratch them, they turn red and sometimes even flake, so I resist the urge. But when they finally go away, my skin is whiter in that area, I even have some scarring because of them. It's so frustrating my dermatologist couldn't even help!! Can someone help please? I want to finally get my legs evenly tanned!!!

I would consider hydrocortisone 1%.You can buy this at wal-mart or family dollar. Its very inexpenisve too. When you bath and get out put it on your legs and when you awake for the day in the morning apply on your legs again. In about two months you'll see the difference. I promise you it won't let you down.

Sure your dermatologist can't give you better recommendations?? Then it's time you change the one that you are currently seeing.

This is typical of an underfunctioning liver. Take milk thistle and turmeric capsules daily, cut out as much sugar and refined wheat products as possible. Also, use neem oil or coconut oil for lotion.
