Castor oil it grows hair but it's too thick and the coconut is very good also so any one of them is great for your hair. pick one

It depends what you are using it for? They both leave your hair VERY oily feeling. Why would you want that? Go for a hot oil treatment or a nice quality hair conditioner from a salon if you are worried about dryness. Stop smoking, eat a healthy balance of fruits and veggies and also drink LOTS of water to help nuture your hair.
