We constantly hear from the fundamentalists that we have to put God back into the classroom or other places. How can we lowly human beings take God out of any place that He wants to be? It's absurd. If God wants to be in the classroom, then I figure He's gonna be there.

Free will???? If you have free will and ask God to come visit with you in the classroom, won't he come? Does he have to have the entire class ask him to come? Does He have to have the Ten Commandments on the wall before He will come?

You know, one of the interesting things about this question is that it doesn't seem to divide people. Fundamentalists seem to appreciate the idea that God cannot taken out of any place that He wishes to be. And mainstream Christians denominations seem comfortable with this idea. And even non-Christians seem to be comfortable with the idea that God will be wherever He wants to be.
Oh, sure, they'll be a few bitter angry people who will say that our classrooms are all godless dens of inequity, but by and large this is not an idea that divides people much. I kinda like that.
