So theres this guy I like called Anthony Nichollas.
He is a year ahead of me but he is in my bestfriends tag (Homeroom). I havnt really talked to him that much..
I know his name and I think he knows mine.. I had to go tell him his sister broke her collor bone and his dad broke his leg in a car crash once and a few days ago i was on a bus and he was on there i said "hi anthony" and he said hi and every few minutes he sortof side looked at me trying to avoid looking at me... and when he got of the bus he walked about 5 meters and turned around back at the bus and started staring at the bus then turned back around and kept walking.
I really like him but I think hes kinda shy..
What do I do? I really like him

Its really strange cos he makes me feel shy, im usually really outgoing and I talk nonstop. Im always straight out with guys I like. But with him its diffrent

Just start talking to him and become his friend, and stop staring...I know it seems like a huge deal now (and I'm sure you've heard this before), but in highschool everything seems like a huge deal and it really isn't. You will find this out a few years down the road, I promise! I was the same way in highschool, never talked to the guys I had a crush on because I felt stupid. There is no harm in just trying to be a friend and find out where things go from there.....

Shy guys are so sweet. Those sideways glances and the backwards glance are good things. Next time you see him, ask how his sister and Dad are doing and then what their prognosis is, ask if they're in pain. Listen well to what he says. He'll know by your comments and facial expression if you are truly interested, which I hope you are. Then if you're comfortable ask where he's headed and if it's in the same direction, ask if he'd mind if you walked with him so as to continue your conversation.

you have to talk to him and make him feel comfortable around you. Ask him how his family is doing, for example, and find reasons to actually talk to him and open the comunication lines with him. The more you talk, the more comfortable he will feel around you and a friendship will develop from there.

talk to him,become friends, tell him you are interested in him,it sounds like he likes you too,talk to him. good luck hun.
