My first question is, "What kind of drugs"? I would guess psycho-tropic medication only. I work at a church and have training in counseling. I took a few classes at my grad school with pastors trying to learn a little about Psychology. Here's the issue, I don't think that 90% of pastors even get what counseling is even about, let alone even broaching the subject of how/when/ and for what to give medication. I bet around 45% still think it's wrong to take medication. Psychiatrists have been fighting to not allow Psychologists to give out medicine, but are losing the battle. soon they will. But, it does take a lot of learning. Clergy are no where even near that kind of learning and like I said most all don't even understand counseling.

Not unless they are licesend Medical Doctors, Doctor Assitants, Nurse Practitioners, Dentists or Psychiatrists.

They only prescribe religion No drugs I have knowen many a LDS Bishops that are Dr of medicine But they don't write scripts at church.

Yes. As long as they have a medical degree, or if they are a Ph.D Psychologist residing in a state that permits them to.
