Most will after all the eggs are laid. Candle them to see if they are fertile. Wash your hands well first so that the oils on your hands doesn't impede oxygen from penetrating the eggs. Shine a strong light like a flashlight close to the egg. If you see something that looks like red veins, then the eggs are fertile, if not then wait a while like a week or two to remove it. If the egg is removed too soon, she may lay more infertile eggs. Sometimes successful copulation doesn't occur. If your female lays a lot of infertile eggs, be sure she gets 10-12 hours of darkness a day. More light can trigger more egg laying. Regardless of the fertility of the egg, give the parents a good pellet diet with 10% seeds and 10% fruits and veggies. Add cooked chopped egg with the shell 4 -5 times a week. Egg laying takes more protein, energy, and nutrients. Good luck and have a tweet year.

contact and ask a local breeder. but to get her to sit on the eggs, give her a nest box if she doesn't have one, but if she doesn't have one already, it could be to late to fix the problem. and you need a little more info in your question, like if she has a mate or not, cuz if she doesn't have a mate the eggs are most likely not fertile unless you just got her and she got pregnant by a bird from the place you got her. but if its been a few days since shes sat on them or laid them it might be too late, unless she hasn't finished laying, because usually birds start incubating the eggs all at the same time(after shes laid them all).

They may not be fertile and she knows it. Get a heat lamp for them and keep them at the recommended temp. See the site below... Good Luck! =)

I suggest you try to pursuade her to sit on them, or sit on them yourself! What I mean by that is take care of them, I recommend calling a vet for some advice in trying to care for them. Good luck!
