Go to the accident unit of your hospital , they will probably remove it if it is half off. It won't hurt, I had to have a toe nail removed one time. It will grow back soon enough. Don't worry you will be okay but do have it checked to prevent infection.

how did it happened?did you accidentally bump it?or just fell off?you should disinfect it first, soap and water will do. stop it from bleeding, get a gauze or a towel(clean-of course) and put pressure on it. apply an iodine solution on it and cover it to prevent infections. it was bleeding 4 hours ago?-or did it stop from bleeding already?

wash it with mild soap and water and put betadine and avoid touching it to avoid infection and cover it with a sterile gauze. then take some tylenol and mefenamic acid 500mg for the pain, and tranexamic acid 500mg to stop the bleeding.

just try to stop the bleeding and bandage it so you won't accidentally hurt it further. the nail will grow back eventually. don't try to pull the nail out. just let it fall off naturally.
