Sometimes I get up and take a walk, upstairs or outside. Or I'll go get a capucchino, or wash my hands in cold water. Failing that, find an empty office, lock the door and have at it. I have a small alarm clock that I set for 10 min. On my lunch hour, of course. : )

I sit in an office for 9 hours a day with no windows! The lack of fresh air and natural sunlight is what I think makes me sleepy so I go for a little walk outside. It's nice to kind of get away, even if it's only for five minutes!
By the way, don't drink too much coffee or eventually that will just make you even more tired. Try to limit yourself to two cups or drink hot tea. It has caffeine and won't make you feel sluggish.

Coffee, Caffeine pills, cold water on face, listening to music. Take a rest on my break. Hide in the bathroom... OK maybe not a good idea. Yawn a lot until others start to yawn and then put the blame on them.

Try and stay awake. Go to the restroom and splash your face with some cold water. That helps a bit-
