When did these things begin?? (read inside)?

armored fish with jaws, late ammonite
early amphibians, early dinosaurs,
early ferns, brontosaurus
early reptiles, tyrannasaurus rex,
early horse, and wooly mammoths
i need to know when these things started showing up on earth.
even if you just have one then it still would be very helpful, or a website.
