No, Splenda does not give you cancer ( http://cancer.about.com/od/cancercausesfaq/f/splenda.htm )
The basic thing about creative is that it helps your body retain water, primarily within the muscular system. So the primary concern is getting the water you need (64 ounces for bodily function plus an additional 64-100 for retention).
The secondary concern is loading. Just use water during this time so you don't spike your insulin levels. After that, for your post-workout drink, you can take a specialty beverage like Boost with Glucose Control to keep your levels stable (it's strange, when you avoid refined sugars, all of a sudden you feel like you've become a diabetic).
But you can probably avoid all this worry if you co-supplement with glutamine - your body will convert glutamine to glucose when there's a demand for it. And the glutamine will round out your muscles, particularly your arms.
But just remember that any supplementation will give you, at best, a 3% improvement. There's nothing better than natural bodybuilding and you won't know your body's potential until you give it about five years of hard training. Five years, not happy? Raid GNC as much as you like...

You shouldn't buy any and instead grow a pair and build muscle on your own. Creatine is not approved for those under 18 and is damaging to your liver. Plus you can actually get kicked off your football team for using supplements like that. -Connor

Ok, first off, lose the Splenda (no offense or anything). Natural sugar is much better than Splenda. Go to your local market and get juice and stuff. Splenda is proven to like, give you cancer, so yeah.

splenda is a bad thing. it has a clorine molecule in it that is stable while cooking but when you eat it the acid in your stomach will cause that molecule to detach, if you eat enough splenda at one time it would be the same as having mustard gas in your stomach. mustard gas is what was used in the trench warfare of world war one.

just take it with water....and abuot the loading phase...that does you no good....your body can only handle so much..the rest you just pee out....remember, your body produces 2 kinds of creatine naturally...so you dont have to do a loading phase...all taking creatine does is replenish your body's natural creatine while you are working out..hence yuo feel like you have more energy..
so overall..creatine itself doesnt make yuo bigger or stronger..it gives your body the continuous energy supply to work out harder and longer, which in turn will make you bigger and stronger.

natural sugars are better. the body doesn't need man made chemicals. there is nothing wrong with natural sugars from fruits or juices, you need to read some nutrition books buddy!
